  My name is Abby Braun, I am from MN. I am 18 years old. Next year I will be going to Swaziland, South Africa. It will be my first time doing mission work out of the country,so I am sooo excited... so to tell you a little bit about myself: First of all I love to sing. I am in 2 choirs and take voice lessons, I sing every chance I get. I recently started taking guitar lessons, which is pretty fun, I used to take piano, but I stopped after like 4 years.Tennis is my favorite sport, I have played for 6 years.I also love theatre, I have been in various shows throughout my life,right now I am in Guys and Dolls.
• I became a christian when I was about 10 years old at a bible  camp I used to go to. Since then I have been growing in my faith everyday, I have finally started to see how great God really is and how much we need to trust him in our everyday lives. I believe that God is going to use me in an amazing way on this trip. My main reaction when thinking about what I would do after I graduated was to go to college and get a degree in music missions or something like that, but God has layed it upon my heart to go directly into the mission field for the time being. When I get home I plan on going to Northwestern college, but we'll see where God takes me.
